Order No. 471 of the Ministry of Agriculture validating the Regulation on reporting related to release to water bodies and removal from waterbodies of aquaculture species.

This Order establishes the modalities of reporting related to release to water bodies and removal from waterbodies of aquaculture species and, in particular, freshwater fishes. It shall be applicable to species for which in the contract for use of fishing waterbody is envisaged the clause for fishfarming, growing, keeping, removal and release to fishing waterbodies. Report must contain data related to fishfarming waterbody, boundaries thereof, place of removal and release of aquaculture species, the number of released species (in thousand pieces), amount of removed species (tons), origin of fish stocks, period of removal, and temperature of water and air at the moment of release.
