Order No. 485 of the Ministry of Agriculture validating the Regulation on the procedure for accounting of reclamation protective forest plantations, provision of information subject to accounting, composition thereof and form of submittal.

This Order establishes the procedure for accounting of reclamation protective forest plantations, provision of information subject to accounting, composition thereof and form of submittal. Ministry of Agriculture and authorized regional bodies in the field of land reclamation shall perform accounting in accordance with data submitted by owners of land plots on which ameliorative protective forest plantations are located and in accordance with cadastral data, monitoring data of reclaimed land and other sources of information. Accounting shall be applicable to: (a) protective plantations located on public land pertaining to state property of the Russian Federation; (b) protective plantations located on public land pertaining to state property of the regions of the Russian Federation; (c) protective plantations located on municipal land or on land with undelimited ownership; and (d) protective plantations located on private land.
