Order No. 820 of the Ministry of Agriculture validating the Procedure for registration of agroforestry plantings, composition, form and procedure for providing information subject to such registration.

To carry out registration, the owner of the land plot on which agroforestry plantings are located, provides the authorized body of the subject of the Russian Federation on the territory of which the land plot is located, by registered mail with return receipt requested, by hand, through the official website of the authorized body of the subject of the Russian Federation in the information and telecommunication network “Internet” or by sending by e-mail to the address of the authorized body of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation on the Internet the following documents: (a) an application in free form, signed by the applicant or his authorized representative; (b) a power of attorney or other document confirming the authority of the applicant (if the application is signed by a person who does not have the right to act on behalf of the applicant without a power of attorney); (c) information on agroforestry plantings in accordance with Annex No. 1; (d) a copy of the approved land reclamation project (if available); (e) layout of agroforestry plantings (if any); (f) other documents confirming the location of agroforestry plantings on the land plot, including data from archival land management funds (if available). Registration is carried out by the Ministry of Agriculture no later than ten working days from the date of registration of documents by entering information about agroforestry plantings into the Information System.
