This Order validates standard terms of contracts for supply of drugs or preparations for veterinary use. Terms and conditions of the supplier's obligations: 1.1. Option 1: The Supplier undertakes to ensure that the goods are packaged in such a way as to prevent damage or deterioration during delivery, including loading and unloading and storage. Information on the name, series of medicinal products, date of manufacture, number of secondary (consumer) packages of a medicinal product, manufacturer of a medicinal product with indication of the name and location of the manufacturer of the medicinal product (address, including the country and (or) place of manufacture of the medicinal product), as well as on the expiration date of the medicinal product and conditions of its storage and storage shall be applied to the transport container which is not intended for consumers. Primary packaging and secondary (consumer) packaging of medicinal products for veterinary use shall bear the inscription: "For veterinary use". Option 2: The Supplier undertakes to ensure that the goods are packaged in a way that prevents damage or deterioration during delivery, including during loading and unloading and storage. Transport containers shall be provided with a sticker containing information about the supplier, the name of the goods and their quantity.
