Abstract
This Order validates additional waterworks safety requirements related to the declaration of waterworks safety depending upon purpose, class, accumulated depreciation and operating conditions thereof. Safety declaration shall contain evaluation of a possible failure of waterworks and entailing damages. Waterworks managing and operating body shall submit to supervising authority information related to the state of safety of waterworks, perspective outlook related to possible damages due to natural or technological disaster or due to failure or breakdown of waterworks.
