Order No. 764 of the State Committee on Environmental Protection regarding validation of the Regulation on the modalities of organization and carrying out licensing of some types of activity in the field of environmental protection.

President of the State Committee on Environmental Protection, for the purpose of practical realization of licensing of such activities as: 1) recycling, storage, transport, disposal, burial, annihilation of industrial and other waste (except for nuclear waste); 2) ecological classification, certification, environmental audit; 3) activities related to environmental protection work (service). orders to validate the Regulation. The Regulation consists of 6 Sections Section 1 lays down general provisions. Section 2 regards delimitation of functions between the structural sub-divisions in the process of licensing. Section 3 establishes the modalities of carrying out work regarding licensing of some types of activity in the field of environmental protection. Section 4 regards inspection of materials and documentation accepted from the applicant. Section 5 regards registration of licence (refusal). Section 6 regards prolongation, suspension, cancellation and re-registration of licences.
