Abstract
The present Regulation determines the modalities of issuing licences for the following types of activity: 1) recycling, storage, transport, disposal, burial, annihilation of industrial and other waste (except for nuclear waste); 2) ecological classification, certification, environmental audit; 3) activities related to environmental protection work (service). Licensing authority for the aforesaid activities is the Ministry of Natural Resources and its territorial branches.
