Abstract
This Order establishes the procedure for submitting applications of legal entities, individual entrepreneurs on the performance of artificial reproduction of aquatic biological resources without providing aquatic biological resources for use for the purpose of conclusion of contracts for artificial reproduction of aquatic biological resources. Applications shall be submitted no later than 2 months before the starting performance of artificial reproduction of aquatic biological resources to Federal Agency for Fisheries and its territorial bodies. This Order lists the requested accompanying documentation to be attached to the application.
