Abstract
Item 86 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Traditional fisheries shall be performed without issuance of fishing authorization except for catch of rare and endangered species with the consideration of prohibited fishing periods set forth for the respective fishing areas by fishing regulation, and also with the use of authorized fishing gear”.
