Order No. 97 of the Ministry for Environmental Protection and Natural Resources regarding organizational arrangements for licensing of some types of environmental activity.

The Minister orders to entitle the Department of informatization and inculcation with the functions of organization, co-ordination and carrying out licensing of some types of activity in the field of recycling, storage, transportation, disposal, disposal of industrial and other types of waste, materials and substances (except for nuclear ones), carrying out ecological certification and environmental audit, and carrying out activity connected with environmental protection work (service) within the system of the Ministry for Environmental Protection and Natural Resources.
