Order No.123 validating the Regulation on legal proceedings related to the violation of wildlife management and protection regulations.

This Order regulates the territorial inspection services of nature reserves and protected areas, in their examination of administrative offences, including calculation and payment of damages, for poaching, confiscation of hunting gear, means of transport and illegally procured game, and reporting on violations of regulations on the use and protection of wildlife. Reports shall establish the offence and contain the personal data of the violator (Annex 1). When the violator is unknown, the report shall detail the offence. Damages shall be calculated according to rates set by the Government.
