Order No.18 of 1993 regarding validation of the Provisional Regulation on the modalities of legal proceedings concerning infringement of the regulations on management and protection of wildlife.

The Minister orders to validate the Regulation. The present document regulates the following issue: 1. the modalities of confiscation from the infringers of the regulations on management and protection of wildlife hunting gear, illegally procured game, means of transport, the respective documentation and preliminary valuation of the confiscated property. 2. calculation and collection of compensation for the damage caused by illegal destruction and capture of wildlife species; 3. the modalities of drawing up reports on the infringement of the regulations on use and protection of wildlife; 4. modalities of the examination of cases of the infringement of the regulations on use and protection of wildlife; 5. application of the resolutions on imposing penalties and appeals against them; 6. the modalities of registration of illegally procured game, hunting gear, means of transport and the documentation confiscated from the infringers; 7. the modalities of realization and writing off of the confiscated from the infringers or found at the place of infringement ownerless hunting gear, means of transport and illegally procured game. The document consists of 7 Sections. Sec.1 lays down general provisions. Sec.2 establishes the modalities of legalization of the preliminary documentation. Sec.3 establishes the modalities of calculation and collection of the compensation for damage caused by illegal capture, procurement or destruction of wildlife species. Sec.4 establishes the modalities of confiscation from the infringers of hunting gear, means of transport and illegally procured produce and documentation. Sec.5 establishes the modalities of examination of cases of the infringement of the regulations on use of wildlife. Sec.6 regards application of the resolutions on the infringement of the regulations on use of wildlife and appeal against them. Sec.7 establishes the modalities of registration of the infringers, hunting gear, means of transport and illegally procured produce confiscated from the infringers, selling and writing off of property.
