Abstract
President of the Federal Fisheries Committee, for the purpose of establishment of the common procedure of carrying out expertise of the documentation forwarded by the declarant for obtaining license for industrial fisheries and fish breeding, as well as establishment of its compliance with the established conditions necessary for carrying out the aforesaid activities and safe navigation and fishing, orders to validate the Regulation. The document consists of 6 Sections. Section 1 lays down the general provisions. Section 2 establishes the duties of the officials on receiving the documentation from declarant. Section 3 establishes the grounds for fixing expertise. Section 4 specifies authorized institutions and organizations for carrying out expertise. Section 5 specifies the particulars of carrying out expertise for some types of fisheries and collateral activity.
