Abstract
The Minister orders to substitute the existing wording in the Annex 2 of the regulation with the following one: « In possession of a written consent of the author (authors) or their legal successors ». After the wording « Copies of licence for the utilization of a plant variety (as regards plant varieties covered by patent » must be added the following wording « copy of a written consent of author (authors) or their legal successors.
