Abstract
Acting President of the Federal Fisheries Committee orders to distribute quotas for catch (harvest) of aquatic biodiversity among the regions in accordance with the 8 Annexes and to issue fishing licences to the applicants after the signature of contract regarding allotment of quotas for the period of 2004-2008 and payment of once-only instalment (10%) for the use of aquatic biodiversity. Fisheries institutions must inform territorial branches of the Ministry of Taxes and Dues and Coastal Guards attached to Federal Security Service of issued licences (permits) and payment of once-only instalments.
