Abstract
The Minister orders that the following officials of the Ministry are authorized to carry out plenary powers regarding conservation, control and regulation of wildlife species and its habitats: 1. deputy minister entitled to coordinate activity regarding conservation and regulation of the utilization of wildlife species; 2. chief of Department of state ecological control, chief of Department of protected areas, chief of Department of protection of wildlife species; 3. chiefs of specialized marine services and inspections attached to the Ministry; 4. chiefs of territorial branches of the Ministry; 5. agents of the guard service of state national parks and protected areas under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Natural Resources.
