Order No.25 of 1997 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food regarding validation of the list of activities related to the organization of sport and artisanal fishing and the list of aquatic biodiversity subject to licensing by the administration of the Pskov Region.

Commission on licensing of fisheries after examination of the list of activities related to the organization of sport and artisanal fishing and the list of precious fish species, aquatic animals and plants subject to licensing by the administration of the Pskov Region, that had been elaborated and forwarded by the administration of the Pskov Region, has ordered to validate them. The list of activities related to the organization of sport and artisanal fishing includes also underwater fishing in the water reservoirs of the Pskov Region. Annex 1 contains the list of precious fish species, aquatic animals and plants subject to licensing by the administration of the Pskov Region.
