Abstract
The Minister, for the purpose of implementation of the Governmental Ordinance No.1947-r of 2003, orders to issue fishing licences (permits) of aquatic biodiversity for industrial purposes for coastal fisheries in the Far Eastern basin for the period of 2004 in accordance the distribution of quotas among the applicants of the Koryak Autonomous Area on condition of compulsory supply of fish products to the territory of the Russian Federation.
