Order No.334 of 2004 of the Ministry of Agriculture regarding setting quotas for catch of Pacific salmon in the Far Eastern basin among the applicants of the Sakhalin Region for the period of 2004.

The Minister orders to validate distribution of quotas for catch of Pacific salmon in the Far Eastern basin among the applicants of the Sakhalin Region for the period of 2004 for the following purposes: 1. for proper use (personal consumption) of the indigenous scanty population and ethnic communities of the North, Siberia and the Far East of the Russian Federation whose way of life, employment and economic activity are traditionally based on fisheries in accordance with the Annex 1; 2. for industrial purposes in surface water basins, inland waters and territorial sea of the Russian Federation on condition of compulsory supply of fish products to the territory of the Russian Federation in accordance with the Annex 2 ; 3. for artisanal and sport fishing in accordance with the Annex 3.
