Order No.350 of 2001 of the Federal Fisheries Committee regarding validation of the regulation on the modalities of transfer and expenditure of revenues for trade of aquatic biodiversity resources caught (harvested) for scientific research, control and fish-breeding purposes.

President of the Federal Fisheries Committee orders to validate the Regulation. This Regulation determines, for the purpose of control over the complete revenue for trade of aquatic biodiversity resources caught (harvested) for scientific research, control and fish-breeding purposes and their purposeful use by specialized scientific research and fish-breeding organizations. Federal Fisheries Committee, Federal State Unitary Enterprise “National Fishing Resources” and branch commercial bank of the fishing industry “RYBHOZBANK” are authorized institutions for ensuring carrying out organizational provisions of the present Regulation. Federal Fisheries Committee in conformity with the validated plan of marine research expeditions and the program of resources’ research and monitoring allots quotas for catch (harvest) of aquatic biodiversity for carrying out marine resources’ research and signs a contract (agreement) for the purpose of the organization of control over revenue and expenditure with the commercial bank “RYBHOZBANK”.
