Abstract
President of the Federal Fisheries Committee, for the purpose of carrying out control over purposeful use by specialized scientific research and fish breeding organizations of the revenues for trade of fish and aquatic animal products caught (harvested) for research, control and fish breeding purposes, orders to validate the Regulation. Federal State Unitary Enterprise (FGUP) “National Fishing Resources” is entitled with the functions of authorized fisheries institution and the commercial bank “Rybhozbank” is entitled with the functions of authorized crediting institution for the purpose of indisputable carrying out marine expeditionary activity envisaged by the program of research work aimed at state monitoring of aquatic biodiversity resources. In accordance with the present Regulation Federal Fisheries Committee is authorized: 1). To set quotas to the organizations for catch (harvest) of some species of aquatic biodiversity in accordance with the plan of marine resources’ research and state monitoring of aquatic biodiversity and scientific research programs. 2). To validate estimates for financing activity carried out in accordance with the plan of marine resources’ research and state monitoring of the stock of aquatic biodiversity, including budgetary financing and resources’ coverage. 3). To carry out control over the purposeful use of revenues for trade of fish and aquatic animal products caught (harvested) for research, control and fish breeding purposes after the utilization of the aforesaid products for the above-mentioned purposes.
