Abstract
The Minister orders to validate the Regulation. Specialized marine inspection for environmental protection of Nenets Autonomous Area must ensure protection, regulation and state control over the use of marine area and natural resources (including stock of fish) of the internal sea, territorial sea, continental shelf and EEZ of the Russian Federation adjoining the territory of Nenets Autonomous Area, and as regards the stock of anadromous fish, forming in the rivers of the Russian Federation, also outside EEZ of the Russian Federation. Specialized marine inspection for environmental protection of Nenets Autonomous Area is entitled with the function of prevention of marine pollution from the Russian and foreign ships. The document consists of 7 Secs. Section 1 lays down general provisions. Section 2 establishes the main tasks of Inspection. Section 3 establishes functions of Inspection. Section 4 determines rights of Inspection. Section 5 regards material and technical provision of Inspection. Section 6 regards management of Inspection. Section 7 regards cessation of activity of Inspection.
