Order No.539 of 1995 of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources regarding validation of the Instruction on ecological audit of economic and other types of activity.

The Minister orders to validate the Instruction. The present Instruction establishes requirements to: 1. standard and instruction and methodological documentation, regulating the issues of environmental protection and ecological safety of the population; 2. documentation preceding investment project in the part regarding ecological substantiation of the projected activity; 3. general urban planning maps as regards ecological substantiation of urban construction; 4. preliminary and project documentation for new construction, reconstruction, extension, technical re-equipment, conservation, liquidation of the enterprises, edifices, constructions as regards ecological substantiation of projected solutions and environmental protection. The document consists of 8 Sections. Sec.1 lays down general provisions. Sec.2 introduces the main concepts. Sec.3 establishes ecological requirements to standard documentation. Sec.4 establishes requirements to ecological substantiation of documentation preceding investment project. Sec.5 establishes requirements for ecological substantiation of the projected urban construction documentation. Sec.6 establishes requirements for preliminary and project documentation for the construction of the objects of economic and other types of activity. Sec.7 establishes requirements for ecological substantiation of technique, technology and materials. Sec.8 establishes requirements for ecological substantiation of licences.
