Abstract
Deputy minister of Agriculture orders to validate the Regulation. This Regulation establishes the modalities of authorization of physical and legal persons irrespectively of the forms of property and departmental subordination to determine sowing quality of seeds of agricultural plants and issuance of documents attesting their quality and regulates their relations with state seed inspections. Determination of sowing quality of seeds of agricultural plants is carried out for the purpose of exposure of indications characterizing their suitability for planting and sowing and correspondence of the aforesaid indications to state and branch standards and other normative documentation. Accrediting can be carried out either for the right to complete analysis and issuance of documentation attesting seed quality of all or single varieties of agricultural plants, or for carrying out certain types of analyses. The document consists of 6 Sections and contains 2 Annexes. Section 1 regards the sphere of action of the present Regulation. Section 2 lays down general provisions. Section 3 regards accrediting institutions and establishes their main functions. Section 4 determines the modalities of accrediting. Section 5 regards the period of validity of the Authorization to determine sowing quality of seeds. Section 6 establishes liability of the Parties and the modalities of dispute settlement.
