Abstract
The Minister orders to validate the Regulation. This Regulation establishes common requirements for trade and transportation of seeds of agricultural plants. The provisions of the Regulation regard physical and juridical persons irrespectively of the form of property and departmental subordination that are carrying out activity in the field of seed growing. State Seed Inspections are authorized to carry out control over the observance of the present Regulation. The document consists of XI sections. Section I lays down the general provisions. Section II establishes the requirements for seed destined for trade. Section III establishes the requirements for packaging seeds destined for trade. Section IV established general requirements for labelling seeds destined in sealed packages. Section V gives description of tag and other labelling. Section VI establishes information to be recorded on tag. Section VII regards labelling of seeds destined for retail trade in small packages. Section VIII regards libelling of seeds destined for additional processing. Section IX regards labelling of seeds destined for piled up trade of container trade. Section X regards packaging and labelling of seeds destined for export. Section XI regards re-labelling and sealing.
