Order No.8 of 1996 of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources regarding validation of Model regulation on department (section) of state ecological expertise of territorial body of the Ministry.

Minister orders to validate Model Regulation. The main tasks of the Department (section) of state ecological expertise are: 1. organization and carrying out state ecological expertise of the objects pertaining to the sphere of competence of territorial body of the Ministry; 2. participation in the activity of expert commissions of state ecological expertise for the examination of the objects of federal importance concerning the sphere of competence of the respective region.
