Abstract
The President of the Russian Federation for the purpose of stabilisation of financial position of collective fisheries, to favour the increase of the catch, production of agricultural commodities, fish products and social welfare of the inhabitants of fishing villages decrees to extend to collective fisheries the provisions of the Presidential Decree No. 565 regarding provisions for the stabilisation of financial position and carrying out of reforms in agricultural sphere as regards agricultural commodity producers.
