Presidential Decree No. 821 validating the Regulation on Commissions on compliance with the requirements for the official conduct of federal civil servants and settlement of conflicts of interest.

This Regulation defines the procedure for the formation and activities of commissions for compliance with the requirements related to the official conduct of federal civil servants and regulation of conflicts of interests formed at federal executive authorities and other state bodies in accordance with the Federal Law Federal Law dated December 25, 2008 No. 273-FZ "On Countering Corruption". The commissions shall be guided in their work by the Constitution of the Russian Federation, Federal constitutional laws, federal laws, acts of the President of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Russian Federation, this Regulation, and acts of federal executive authorities and other state bodies. The main task of the commissions is to assist state agencies in: (a) ensuring that federal civil servants comply with restrictions and prohibitions, requirements to the prevention or settling conflicts of interest, as well as to ensure that they fulfill obligations established by Federal Law N 273-FZ of December 25, 2008 "On Combating Corruption" and other federal laws related to the "official conduct requirements”; and (b) in the implementation of measures to prevent corruption in the state body.
