Abstract
President, for the purpose of setting up conditions for the liberalization of grain market and carrying out land reform, decrees to suspend Articles 2,3,4,8,9,14,17,18,19 and 20 of Law of the Russian Federation « On grain » until the adoption of the resolution of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation as regards the above-mentioned Law.
