Abstract
The Parties have agreed to cooperate on nuclear and radiation safety regulation at various stages of nuclear power plant construction, including during site selection, design, equipment manufacturing, construction, installation, commissioning and operation of nuclear power plants. Russian organizations authorized by the competent authority of the Russian side shall supply nuclear fuel in the form of ready-made complete fuel assemblies to the eight nuclear power units of nuclear power plants built in accordance with this Protocol for the entire period of operation of nuclear power plants. The Parties shall cooperate on issues related to the export control of nuclear material, equipment, special non-nuclear material and related technology.

Entry into force notes
The present Protocol enters into force from the date of receipt through the diplomatic channels of the last written notification on the fulfillment by the Parties of the domestic procedures necessary for its entry into force and shall be valid until the Parties fulfill their obligations under this Protocol.
