Abstract
This Regulation establishes the procedure for the performance by the competent regional executive body regional state supervision in the field of protection and management of protected natural areas of regional significance. Regional state supervision is aimed at preventing, identification and suppression of violations by legal entities, managers thereof and other officials, individual entrepreneurs, their authorized representatives and natural persons, of requirements in the field of protection and use of protected natural territories established in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, federal laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation adopted in accordance with them, regional laws and other regulatory legal acts, through the organization and performance of inspections of these persons and control measures for special protected natural areas and in their protective zones, the adoption measures stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation for suppression and (or) elimination of the consequences of revealed violations, as well as systematic monitoring of compliance with mandatory requirements, analysis and forecasting of the status of compliance with mandatory requirements in the process of performance by legal entities, individual entrepreneurs and citizens of their activities. In particular, state supervision shall regard protection regime of protected natural areas and land tenure. Regional state supervision shall be performed by the Regional Ministry of Natural Resources.
