Abstract
This Regional Decree, in order to prevent the importation and spread of new coronavirus infection caused by COVID-19, prohibits artisanal and sport hunting for waterfowl and upland game in the regional territory (except for the North Yenisei, Turukhan, Taimyr Dolgano-Nenets and Evenki municipal districts) during the spring hunting season 2020. Citizens registered at their place of residence in the territory of North-Yenisei, Turukhan, Taimyr Dolgano-Nenets and the Evenki municipal districts, as well as in the urban area districts, the city of Norilsk, have the right to carry out artisanal and sport hunting for waterfowl and upland game within the boundaries of the relevant municipal district.
