Regional Decree No. 6 validating the Regulation on the procedure for establishing and changing the boundaries of forest green belts on the regional territory.

This Regional Decree establishes the procedure for establishing and changing the boundaries of forest green belts on the regional territory. Regional Government shall be authorized regional state executive body entitled to establish boundaries of forest green belts on the regional territory. The decision on the issue shall be made within 180 days from the date of decision-making related to constitution of forest green belts. Regional Government non less than one in six months shall display on the official web-site information of the state of forest green belt and change of the boundaries thereof.
