Abstract
Regional Government decrees to institute Regional Red Book. Regional Red Book must be kept in accordance with systematically renewable data regarding state and spreading of rare and endangered wildlife species and wild plants and mushrooms living (growing) on the regional territory. Regional Red Book is an official document containing data regarding the aforesaid species and necessary arrangements for their protection and repopulation. Wildlife species and wild plant species recorded in Regional Red Book are subject to particular protection. Withdrawal of wildlife species and wild plant species recorded in Regional Red Book from their natural habitats is authorized in exceptional cases in accordance with the modalities envisaged by Federal and Regional legislation.
