Regional Governor’s Decree No. 41 validating the Regulation on the types of authorized hunting and the parameters of hunting in the hunting grounds on the regional territory, except for protected areas of federal significance.

In accordance with the intended purpose in the hunting areas on the regional territory, with the exception of protected areas of federal significance, shall be authorized the following types of hunting: (a) commercial hunting; (b) recreational and sports hunting; (c) hunting for research and educational activities; (d) hunting to regulate the number of hunting resources; (e) hunting for acclimatization, resettlement and hybridization; and (f) hunting for keeping and breeding game resources under semi-free conditions or in artificially created habitats. This Regional Governor’s Decree establishes hunting periods for mammals, including hoofed animals, and birds, including waterfowl, and lists prohibited hunting gear and prohibited hunting methods.
