Abstract
The document consists of 6 Chapters. Chapter 2 regards concession in use of environment and natural resources. Chapter 4 establishes environmental fees and charges. Chapter 6 determines the modalities of dispute settlement and liability for the infringement of environmental legislation. The modalities of nature management and use of natural resources (land, subsoil, airspace, water basins, etc.) are established for the following purposes: 1) state protection of environment and natural resources; 2) rational nature management and use of natural resources; 3) registration, control and observation over nature management and use of natural resources; 4) conservation and creation of favourable environmental conditions for the present and future generations.
