Abstract
This Regional Law classifies hunting resources, subject to commercial hunting, in the following groups: (a) mammals; and (b) birds (art. 1). Common access hunting grounds must constitute no less than 20 percent of total hunting area of each municipal district (art. 2). Hunting authorization for hunting in common access hunting grounds shall be issued to natural persons by the authorized state institution competent in the sphere of protection, control and regulation of management of wild fauna species within established quotas (for species to which quotas are applicable) and within established rates of hunting (if quotas are not applicable) (art. 3).
