Regional Law No. 134-OZ “On state support of agricultural development and sustainable development of rural areas”.

This Regional Law establishes state support of agriculture in the following fields: (a) stockbreeding; (b) crop production; (c) commercial fishfarming; (d) agricultural commodities and foodstuffs; (e) technical equipment for agriculture; (f) horticulture and vegetable gardening; (g) insurance of agricultural risks; (h) anti-epizootic arrangements; (i) sustainable development of rural areas; (j) access to credits; and (k) manufacturing and purchase of agricultural commodities. Measures of state support shall be as follows: (a) preferential taxation; (b) subsidies; (c) subventions for agricultural consumer cooperatives and peasant farms; (d) creation of favorable climate for investments; and € international and inter-regional cooperation.
