Abstract
The present Regional Law has been adopted for the purpose of regulation of relationship in the sphere of creation, functioning and development of protected areas. The Regional Law consists of 5 Chapters composed of 30 articles. Chapter 1 (arts. 1-8) lays down the general provisions. Chapter 2 (arts. 9-19) regards especially protected areas. Chapter 3 (arts. 20-25) regards protected animals and protected plants. Chapter 4 (arts. 26-29) regards reserved protected areas. Chapter 5 (art. 30) lays down the final provisions.
