Regional Law No. 1932-OZ “On some legal relations in the sphere of hunting and conservation of hunting resources”.

This Regional Law regulates some legal relations in the sphere of hunting and conservation of hunting resources, and establishes the modalities of distribution of hunting permits for hunting on hunting grounds of common access. Regional Government shall have the following competence: (a) validates schemes of location, management and utilization of regional hunting grounds; (b) establishes the list of wild fauna species subject to commercial hunting; (c) decision-making on organization of tenders for conclusion of hunting management contracts; and (d) other plenary powers related to hunting management.
