Regional Law No. 3039-OZ amending Regional Law No. 1932-OZ “On some legal relations in the sphere of hunting and conservation of hunting resources”.

This Regional Law establishes the procedure for issuance of permits for the maintenance and breeding of hunting animals (game) in semi-free conditions and artificially created environment (artificial habitat) with the exception of hunting resources listed in the Red book of the Russian Federation on the regional territory with the exception of protected areas of the federal significance, as well as maintaining a register of such permits.
