Abstract
Article 14 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Legal persons registered on the territory of the Russian Federation as legal persons or entrepreneurs and subordinated to control by foreign investors shall not have the right of fisheries except for modalities of investment envisaged by the Federal Law No. 57-FZ “On foreign investment””.
