Regional Law No. 386-OZ amending Article 5 of the Regional Law 734-OZ On regulation of some issues of apiculture .

Type of law

Article 5 shall be amended to add the following wording: Beekeepers and the population of settlements located at a distance of up to 7 kilometers from the boundaries of land and land plots on which the use of pesticides is planned are informed in advance about the use of pesticides. 3. Information on the use of pesticides must contain the following data: 1) names of pesticides planned for use; 2) cadastral number, address or location of the land plot where the use of pesticides is planned; 3) date of application of pesticides; 4) method and dosage of pesticides; 5) recommended periods of isolation of bees in hives. 4. Dissemination of information on the use of pesticides to the persons specified in part 2 of this article is ensured through the media (radio, print media, electronic and other means of communication and information) by persons who planned the use of pesticides no earlier than ten days in advance and not no later than five days before their use."
