Abstract
The scope of powers of the regional Ministry of Natural Resources of in the field of water relations has been clarified. The regional Ministry of Natural Resources is authorized to carry out the following measures: (a) to prevent the negative impact of water and eliminate its consequences in relation to waterbodies owned by the region; and (b) to carry out protection of waterbodies owned by the region. The approval of rules for the protection of human life on waterbodies is no longer within the competence of the ministry.
