Regional Law No. 5108-KZ amending Regional Law No. 884-KZ on pedigree stock breeding.

Article 7 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Import of breeding products (material) from countries that are not member states of the Eurasian Economic Union is carried out in the presence of a conclusion on the classification of farm animals and the seeds and embryos obtained from them as breeding products (material), issued in the manner established by Article 11 of the Federal Law dated August 3, 1995 N 123-FZ "On livestock breeding", and the import of breeding products (material) from member states of the Eurasian Economic Union is carried out in accordance with the requirements established by the legislation of the Eurasian Economic Union, and in their absence - by the legislation of the Russian Federation."
