Regional Law No. 64 amending Regional Law No. 29 “On apiculture”.

Article 9 shall be amended to add the following wording: “In accordance with the Federal Law, persons who have planned the use of pesticides, no earlier than ten days and no later than five days before their use, ensure that natural persons and legal entities engaged in beekeeping and the population of settlements located at a distance of up to 7 kilometers from the boundaries of land and land plots on which the use of pesticides is planned, are notified through the media (radio, print media, electronic and other means of communication and information) information on the use of pesticides that meets the requirements established by the Federal Law.”.
