Regional Resolution No. 558-pa validating State Program “Development of forestry for 2020-2027.”

Goals of the state program: increasing the efficiency of use, protection, protection and reproduction of forests; ensuring sustainable satisfaction of public needs for resources and beneficial properties of forests while maintaining economic potential, as well as the global functions of forests and their biological diversity.
Objectives of the state program: ensuring effective protection, protection, reproduction of forests, including in all areas of cut down and dead forest plantations, as well as rational multi-purpose and sustainable use of forests while preserving their ecological functions and biological diversity; ensuring effective forest management.
Expected results of the implementation of the state program: for the period 2020-2027 in qualitative terms: preservation of forest cover in the Primorie Territory at the level of 77.2%; by 2027: increase in income to the budget system from payments received from the use of forests located on forest fund land, per 1 hectare of forest fund land to the level of 70.2 rubles; increasing the area of forest fund land transferred for use in the total area of forest fund land to the level of 93.3%; achieving the ratio of the actual volume of timber extraction to the established permissible volume of timber extraction at the level of 70.2%; ensuring the ratio of the area of reforestation and afforestation to the area of cut down and dead forest plantations at the level of 100%.
