Abstract
The criteria for classifying imported farm animals and the semen and embryos obtained from them as breeding products (material) is the presence in the breeding certificate (passport) or other document confirming the origin and their breeding value, issued in accordance with the legislation of the exporting country in the field of breeding, of information confirming the identification number in accordance with the requirements of the accounting system, pedigree, productivity indicators, reproductive capacity, origin. This Resolution refers to import of cattle, swine, sheep, goats, poultry and birds, wild animal species, including hoofed animals and fur-bearing animals, freshwater, saltwater and diadromous fish species, and hatching eggs.
