This Order establishes the operations of the Regulatory Council, which is tasked with organizing and overseeing the environmental assessment profession. Articles 3 to 6 outline the procedures for convening and holding meetings, including quorum requirements and decision-making modalities, the invitation of resource persons to Regulatory Council meetings, the adoption of resolutions and recording of minutes, and the management of conflicts of interest.
