Abstract
The Order aims to ensure sustainable management of water resources, aligning with the broader context of the Water Law, which governs the use and management of water in the country. Implementation of the provisions outlined in the document involves the establishment of a register for water resources use permits, which the relevant authority will maintain and update. The document specifies the requirements for various activities, such as irrigation, fish farming, and industrial use, mandating accompanying documents like environmental impact assessments and feasibility studies. It also emphasizes compliance with safety standards, maximum water abstraction limits, and the quality of return flows, ensuring that water use aligns with environmental sustainability and public health. The Order consists of 23 Articles divided into 4 Chapters.
